“Really helpful and flexible. not only does Bob do quality work (that he guarantees for life) but also he is friendly and caring. He makes sure you and your car are taken care of. I got into an accident and brought in my car. Not only did he fix damage from the accident,but he also fixed a dent from when I backed into something and checked my engine all without being asked. He also is thorough. When I came to pick up my car he hadn’t washed it yet because it was right after they opened and he insisted I come back to get my car washed at no charge. If you need any repair at all -go here you won’t regret it.”

““I am in complete awe about this business and his owner. Not only is he a gentle easy going person who treats you like he has known you forever… his work is fast and done excellent. He generosity of fixing something (without even wanting paid) has me speechless. This is the second time I have taken a car to him. The first was my parents and he gave me a price but offered to give me a number of another business that could try to take dents out with dry ice. Saying it would be a lot cheaper option. Tell me what business does that for someone they never met? Second car was mine and gave me an estimate within 10 minutes of bringing it down (insurance claim from someone backing into it). I dropped it off Monday and it was done by 2:00 pm today. Also waxed and buffed entire car and completely swept out my entire interior. Have NEVER had an experience with any business like this. “I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND – Brown Street Autocraft! Our vehicle was hit by another driver and their insurance company highly recommended Brown Street Autocraft. The bumper, fender, and front driver light were damaged in the accident. The process was so smooth. The appointment was setup in less than 24 hours. Bob spent the time to explain the process, the work that needed to be done and the time it would take. The car rental company was there waiting for me and took me to pick-up my rental without any hitches. The ordered parts were at the shop within 3 days and the repairs were underway. Bob took care of all the contact between the Insurance agency, the parts, and the rental car while the car was being repaired. The repairs took less than a week (during Christmas Week!!) to finish. I was amazed with the results, the car looked brand new. They went above and beyond. Even the smallest details were done with professionalism, quality care with a personal touch. The following list are some of the amazing job: 1. Incredible paint job and repair! It looks like a new car! 2. They fixed an old dent in the back of the car – for free. 3. They vacuumed and detailed the inside of the car. 4. They buffed and cleaned the other headlight to match the brand new one. 5. They even replaced the engine cover’s snap-on clips that were all worn out. 6. All so quickly and smoothly and with such great care for detail! Brown Street Autocraft is the place to go!!
